We are seeking a
School Business Manager
to lead on finance, HR, administration, and resource management at our vibrant primary school.
What you will be doing:
Lead the planning and development of school support systems and policies
Manage budgets, payroll, procurement, and financial reporting
Oversee HR processes, staff cover, and compliance with safeguarding and data protection
Support income generation and strategic planning with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the school's long-term success
What we are looking for:
Strong financial and administrative experience, ideally in a school setting
Excellent communication, organisational, and ICT skills
A strategic thinker with a friendly, approachable manner
Knowledge of HR procedures, and data protection legislation and ideally school funding
Experience managing staff and working with external agencies
Desirable:
Familiarity with Teacher Centre, Resource Link
