Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic School environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Serve food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing after service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house Provide excellent guest services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Enhanced DBS needed Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant. Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Experience in serving, guest services, or culinary roles. Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences is essential Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
