We are seeking a meticulous HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department within an independent school. This role involves assisting with HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations.

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications.
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Respond to HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner.

A successful HR Administrator should have:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role.
  • Familiarity with the school/education sector is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • A 6 month FTC initially - with the opportunity if all goes well to become permanent
  • Salary range of 33,000 - 36,000.
