Providing support to schools both onsite and remotely.
Configuring, installing, upgrading and maintaining servers, wireless access points, workstations, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads and other relevant ICT technologies.
Communicating effectively with customers to ensure high levels of customer service are provided at all times.

About You
We are looking for an adaptable problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, LAN principles and a working knowledge of general hardware support. You will have an understanding of how Google for Education supports schools.
You will be able to work autonomously, motivating yourself and using your initiative, this includes keeping up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment.
