Bridgwater and Taunton College are seeking an exceptional candidate to co-ordinate and administer the college's school link activities, fostering strong partnerships with schools and ensuring the smooth delivery of School Link programmes. This role involves managing all related documentation, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with college policies. You will act as the primary liaison with partner schools, arranging school link activities, working closely with curriculum staff to oversee and support successful delivery of these programmes. While you will interact with learners, your primary role will be to oversee the administration of these programmes, ensuring effective communication and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, organisational, and analytical skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach. Confidence in all forms of communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are essential, along with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
