School Minibus Driver

Queen Anne's in Caversham is a leading independent boarding and day school for girls, aged 11-18. The School is looking for an organised and friendly minibus driver to provide pick-up and drop-off services at the start and end of the School day, to various activities mid-week and occasionally on school trips.

In particular, the candidate will need to support the School's 'London Service' by picking up students to arrive for the start of school (8.10 am) on Monday mornings and returning them to London after school (from 4.15 pm) on Friday afternoons, during term time. Mid-week, the requirements are to drive a group of students to local external activities after school on a Wednesday and Thursday evening. Additional driving for school trips may also be arranged, in agreement with the successful candidate.

There is scope for the role to grow in 2026, with an additional London journey midweek. The role would be suitable for job share.

Essential requirements:

Driving License with no endorsements Confident to drive to and in London Excellent time keeping skills Calm under pressure Friendly manner and enthusiastic approach
Salary: an annual salary of around 6400 will be offered, depending on hours worked.
