Great Ballard School situated in Eartham, Chichester, is looking for a minibus driver to start in September 2025.

We have a growing number of minibus drivers who make up our friendly team and are an important part of our school community so please do contact us if this role is of interest to you!

Main Function: To drive pupils to and from the school

Responsible to: Business Manager

The driver needs to have a clean licence. Experience of driving children is desirable but not essential.

The daily route will remain the same for the 2025/2026 academic year and is reviewed annually based on demand.

The hours of work are from 6.45am to 8.15am and from 5.30pm to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only i.e. 34 weeks. The salary is split across 12 months to provide a regular monthly salary. The bus service operates 9 times a week i.e. every morning and all afternoons except Wednesday. Bus driving equates to 13.5 hours per week, 34 weeks per year.
