We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the school office and exams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for teaching, enabling them to foster a productive and collaborative work environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and management in achieving organisational goals.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops, leveraging teaching skills to enhance team capabilities.
Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure continuity of operations.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and attention to detail.
Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes as required.
Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Experience
Proven experience in an office management role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
Experience in teaching or training is advantageous, contributing to team development initiatives.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
