School Receptionist (part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with the ability to deliver professional, efficient and effective administrative, secretarial and clerical support in our Front Office. You will be friendly, approachable and possess excellent IT skills and have a keen attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Hours: 23.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-12.45pm (34 weeks/year) Term Time only.



Pay: Hourly Rate 12.35/Inclusive Hourly Rate 14.15. Actual Annual Salary 11,422.64 (includes paid holiday entitlement at 14.54% - 5 weeks plus Bank Holidays pro rata)Pay review pending September 2025.
