School Relationship Manager

Job Description

The School Relationship Manager plays a key role in driving business retention and growth across active schools. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this role is responsible for strengthening relationships with existing clients, increasing average school spend, and ensuring delivery against the business plan. Success will be achieved through strategic planning, effective sales execution, and continuous client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver business plan objectives through strategic planning, sales goal setting, and performance analysis. Manage customer relationships through termly reviews and the 'CARE' client journey process, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed. Represent the company with a strong understanding of all programmes and services. Support lead generation within existing schools to drive increased spend. Develop and optimise sales funnel processes for key client groups. Conduct regular client meetings to build and strengthen relationships. Complete required business rhythm and reporting tools. Implement and monitor Risk Register strategies to reduce overall risk score. Create and execute sales plans to increase school, parent, and funded revenues. Track, record, and communicate KPI metrics. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Deliver in-year growth towards sales targets. Achieve school penetration growth targets through active school referrals.

100% completion, with at least 10% in person

Desirable Experience & Qualifications



Proven experience in sales strategy Track record of building strong client relationships Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines History of setting and achieving sales targets Experience managing budgets Competence in compiling and presenting performance metrics

Experience working in school environments, with sports coaching, childcare, or playwork


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,990.00-27,720.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SE9 5JE
