Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations
Coordinate and supervise staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and organisation
Foster effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders
Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for ongoing projects
Provide training and mentorship to team members, leveraging teaching skills to enhance performance
Prepare reports on site activities, progress, and any issues requiring attention
Ensure compliance with environmental policies and company procedures

Proven experience in site management or a similar supervisory role
