Could you be available in October 2023 to take up this brilliant maternity cover position? A leading biomedical and life science journals publisher is looking to recruit a Scientific Copy Editor to work across their portfolio of life-science journals. This FTC position, likely to last for up to 1 year, will give the successful candidate fantastic experience of working with their highly successful life-science journals. The position will be based in the company\'s attractive offices on the outskirts of Cambridge and will have the option of 50% remote working.
Responsibilities include:
- Copy-editing articles to a high standard
- Overseeing the journal production process
- Liaising with authors and academic editors
- Ensuring that articles are published in a timely and professional manner
