Job Description

Are you a passionate and motivated Screen Print Operator who would like to help with the production of garments and market-leading performance supports for strength sports and powerlifting? If so, we would like to hear from you.

This role will allow you to join a dynamic department that is responsible for applying the highest quality brand prints to our industry-leading products.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Screen Print Operator roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate manual and automatic screen printing machines (MHM) Produce films and create screens for printing Mix inks using specialized pigments Reclaim and maintain screens and pre-press area Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning Handle day-to-day print operations and related duties Working to deadlines and a schedule Remaining compliant with the company's safety rules at all times

THE SKILLS

We invite applications from candidates who can demonstrate:

Essential:

Minimum 2 years' experience operating automatic screen printing equipment (MHM) Experience printing multi-coloured jobs on various styles of fabric Real-time experience working in the pre-press creating screens Punctual and dependable work ethic Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented attitude Efficiency in fast-paced environments Quick learner capable of working both independently and as part of a team Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently Comfortable using IT systems and performing data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with dye sublimation techniques Experience with colour separation software Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)

SALARY:

up to 25,916.80

HOURS

: 40 hours per week (Mon-Thur 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-1pm)

LOCATION:

Unit 2b Lanchester Way, Advanced Manufacturing Park, Waverley, S60 5FX
