Job Role

As a Digital Print Operator your primary focus will be to ensure the timely production of digital print work, utilizing all available print equipment. Our ideal candidate will have experience of operating HP Indigo Printers, this is not essential as we are able to provide full training.

Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced production environment on a consistent basis. Your main task involves ensuring the consistent production of high-quality printed labels. Diligence is paramount for this role in ensuring we achieve the exacting requirements of our growing customer base.

Time management & prioritization is essential as well as the ability to think on your feet - every day is challenging. The ability to identify solutions quickly and effectively and be client-driven is essential.

Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to -

Operating a HP Indigo Product inspection checks Prioritising workload with the team Basic administrative work including data entry
The role is a full-time permanent position working on site with a competitive salary of 26,000 - 34,000 per annum, dependent on previous experience, competence & performance. Working a 40-hour week on a double day shift Monday to Friday.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong diligence A good understanding of colour and colour mixes Able to understand and follow clear work instructions Effective communication skills, both verbal & written Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required Ability to effectively manage your own workload Effective time management skills are essential Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines. Target & client driven Previous experience operating digital print machines is desired Preferred experience operating a HP Indigo machine
