The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Search Marketing Executive to join our team and support the delivery of SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
This role is ideal for a hands-on search marketer who wants greater autonomy and ownership. You will manage your own dedicated portfolio of clients, leading both strategy and delivery across organic and paid search.
This is a client-facing position where you will act as the primary point of contact, managing communication, reporting on performance, and providing strategic insight to drive success. While you will have full support from the wider team, you will be trusted to manage your accounts independently and take pride in the results you deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Account ownership: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of your assigned client portfolio.
Search strategy and implementation: Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis to support client growth.
On-page and technical SEO: Implement on-page optimisation and conduct technical SEO audits to improve organic visibility.
Google Ads management: Set up, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs.
Performance analysis: Track and analyse results using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and third-party tools, producing clear and insightful reports.
Client relations: Manage direct client communication, providing strategic recommendations, insights, and ongoing support.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience: Hands-on experience delivering successful SEO and Google Ads campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
Autonomy: Ability to manage a portfolio of clients independently, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver against expectations.
Technical expertise: Confident using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry-standard search tools.
Strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy, and an understanding of how SEO and paid search work together.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and contribute effectively within a team.
