We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal staff to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal staff member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dinning experience for our customers during the busy seasonal period. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
Engage with customers to understand their needs & effectively upselling when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organised Restaurant floor.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the till, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when dealing with customer calls.
Collaborate with team members
Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills in English.
Basic maths skills are required.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team are essential traits for success in this role.
