Mountpanther Farm Park is gearing up for our
biggest Christmas Experience yet
, and we're looking forenthusiastic, reliable, and festive personalities
to join our team. This is akey customer-facing role
where you'll help deliver afirst-class Christmas event
to families who have booked for a magical day out.What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the day, your duties may include:
Greeting and directing families
around the park Bringing fun, energy andChristmas spirit
to the visitor experienceInteracting confidently with children and parents
, helping to create magical moments Supporting ourcheck-in area
and welcoming guests as they arrive Assisting in ourcafe
serving customers with a friendly, professional attitude Working inSanta's Toy Shop
, helping children choose their gifts SupportingSanta's Grotto team,
including: Helping families into the grotto Maintaining a warm, cheerful atmosphere Assisting withsmall animal handling
in our Petting Barn (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. Ensuring every family receivesoutstanding customer service
from start to finishWhat We're Looking For
Must be
16+
Aconfident, bubbly personality
Comfortable
talking to and engaging with young children and familiesStrong communication skills
and the ability to stayupbeat for long, busy shifts
A reliableteam player
who can follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Previous experienceworking with children or in customer service
ispreferred
Must be able to commit toall event dates
Ability to provide consistent, first-class service (this is essential for the experience visitors have paid for)Why Join Our Team?
