26,000 per year (Guaranteed Contracted Salary)

Paid from the start of your shift to the end (NOT per call)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Carer, you'll deliver essential, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

Hands-on Support:

Personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility assistance

Companionship:

Emotional support and meaningful connection

Documentation:

Accurate and confidential care records

Travel:

Safely driving between client homes across East Devon

What We Look For

No previous care experience is required -- we provide full, paid training!

A caring and compassionate nature Reliability and excellent communication skills Flexibility to work shifts between 7am-10pm (including alternate weekends)

Essential:

Valid UK driving licence & reliable car

Bonus:

Health & Social Care qualifications (NVQ/Diploma Level 2/3) -- or we'll help you achieve them
