Cover Supervisors

to join and supply schools on a temporary and long term basis.

Considering a career as a Teacher but not quite sure if it's for you yet?

Starting a Teaching course in the next year and looking for first hand experience of teaching and leading classes?

Or have you been working as a TA/HLTA and now looking to take more responsibility?

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable to join our team and provide cover across various schools in Bristol. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups. Follow lesson plan left by the teacher Adapt to different school environments and follow lesson plans where provided. Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies. Ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for students.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting. Experience of leading a classroom Strong classroom management skills. Flexibility and reliability. A passion for education and student development.
