About the role
We're looking for a confident and organised Secretarial Administrator to become an essential part of our patient specific team. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly and working closely with a friendly clinical team, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do
Handling patient enquiries via phone, email and live chat
Providing clear, supportive communication to every patient
Working side by side with the clinical team to support patient care
Preparing and sending well-presented letters and documents
Prioritising tasks and managing your workload independently
Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Using problem solving skills to keep things moving efficiently

Experience with live chat systems is desirable but not essential
