Due to internal progression, we have another great opportunity to join our Commercial Property Secretarial team.
Excellent IT, communication and organisation skills and the ability to work effectively with our digital dictation / audio typing systems are essential. High levels of accuracy and a good eye for detail coupled with professionalism and confidentiality are also required. You must be comfortable and confident dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone, be able to turn enquiries into paid work through excellent response times and high levels of client care and be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced and busy environment.

Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new software packages
Able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy

Experience
Previous experience of administrative or secretarial work ideally within a property or legal services environment (desirable)
Experience of working on a range of computer software packages
Experience of handling confidential information appropriately
Experience of audio and copy typing (desirable)
Experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment
Other
Understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements
Satisfactory references and other pre-employment checks including credit check, identity check, DBS etc
