Role Overview:


The Secure Storage Facility Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative elements of our customer journey from initial enquiry through to invoicing and complaints resolution. You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility while ensuring a secure environment for both our customers and their assets. From time to time, you will also be required to assist with on-site security duties, supporting the operational team.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. Manage customer accounts, including onboarding, documentation, invoicing, renewals, and termination of contracts. Process insurance policies and handle any customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and service usage. Payment processing, overdue accounts, and reporting. Assist with regular audits of the storage site and company assets. Support the operational team with security-related duties, including monitoring CCTV, access control, and site patrols as required. Ensure compliance with all company policies, especially relating to health & safety, data protection, and security. Perform general administrative tasks including filing, responding to emails, data entry, and scheduling appointments.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in administration, customer service, or office management (experience in a secure or regulated environment is a plus). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, dedicated team. Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, invoicing software). Flexibility to occasionally assist with operational or security tasks when needed. A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Desirable Qualifications (not essential):



SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence First Aid qualification Experience in storage or logistics sectors
