Keepsafe Storage Centres is looking for a dynamic and experienced Storage Centre Manager to oversee one of our state-of-the-art facilities.
For over 25 years, Keepsafe has been a trusted name in secure storage across Tayside. We're now seeking a driven, customer-focused professional to uphold our high operational standards and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee all daily operations, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient facility performance.
Customer Service Excellence:
Be the main point of contact for customers -- handling inquiries, contracts, and resolutions with professionalism and care.
Sales & Marketing:
Drive occupancy and revenue growth through active sales, local marketing and lead follow-up.
Financial Administration:
Manage payments, banking, petty cash, and delinquency control with accuracy and accountability.
Business Focus:
Deliver outstanding service and maintain Keepsafe's reputation for excellence.
Maintenance & Security:
Conduct daily inspections to ensure the site is clean, safe, and secure -- including 24/7 CCTV and compliance with all operational standards.
About You
You're a hands-on leader who thrives on responsibility and results. You'll bring:
The ability to work on your own
Proven management experience (ideally within retail, self-storage, or similar operational settings)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and marketing acumen, with a focus on hitting targets
Superb organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail
A proactive, "can-do" approach to challenges and continuous improvement
Confidence using computer systems and office software
