A well-established legal practice in London is looking for an experienced Paralegal to support its secured lending team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex financial transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:



Prepare and review loan agreements, security documentation, and related legal paperwork Conduct due diligence on borrowers and collateral Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow Maintain accurate records and manage case files Assist senior lawyers with drafting and compliance tasks

What we need from you:



At least 1 year of experience in secured lending Solid understanding of loan documentation and security structures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
