Description



IRN Security is a RangerFS brand offering a complete Security & Fire Solution Package from future proof Design, Installation, Commissioning through to long-term maintenance and servicing.



With technology moving forward so quickly, and towards the migration of IPV6, IRN Security recognise the need to move with technology advances and therefore specialise in delivering state of the art, cutting-edge technology, bespoke solutions to our clients from stand alone systems, to site wide, mutli-site, worldwide networks.



Due to company growth, IRN Security are now looking to employ 1 Apprentice to join the team.



You will be working alongside an experienced Engineer to install and maintain the following systems:

Access Control CCTV Intruder Alarms Door Access

The wage for this position will be apprentice minimum wage, this may be negotiated based on experience.



Entry requirements

Must have a full UK Drivers Licence (With no points) Able to pass an enhanced DBS check Candidate must live in or around Inverness

Training to be provided



Fire Emergency Security Systems Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.



Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release at centre. You will attend centre one week every eight weeks.



You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gather any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.



You will be required to complete an annual assessment at the training centre and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.

On Site Training:

You will shadow and be mentored by a full time engineer and develop proficiency in installing, configuring and maintaining fire and security systems.
