Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team within a Construction Site Security Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective surveillance techniques, and the ability to respond promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner, following established protocols.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Assist in the prevention of theft or damage to property through effective loss prevention strategies.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and maintain first aid supplies.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required during investigations or emergencies.

Experience

- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- First aid certification is beneficial; training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for reporting incidents effectively.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
