We're now looking for a part-time HR Consultant to support our team for a 6-month period.





This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Learning & Development, Performance & Calibration, and Job Evaluation & Architecture.

Responsibilities:





You'll work closely with the HR manager and senior leaders across three key project areas:


Job Evaluation & Architecture


Assess our current structure and design a forward-thinking job framework.

Learning & Development


Design and deliver core L&D programmes including leadership training, CPD sessions, and soft skills development.

Performance & Calibration


Coordinate our end-of-year review process, supporting calibration sessions and providing guidance to senior stakeholders.


You will also:


Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget. Support complex employee relations cases as needed. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance people efficiency and processes.

About you:




CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Confidence in using Microsoft Office Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo Experience with HiBob HRIS is a bonus but not essential
