Security Guards

to work in a dynamic retail environment. As a visible and proactive presence on-site, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and stock across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a strong and reassuring presence on the shop floor Monitor customer activity to identify and prevent theft or suspicious behavior Respond quickly and calmly to incidents or emergencies Work closely with store management and emergency services where necessary Complete detailed incident reports and security logs Support the enforcement of store policies in a professional manner

Requirements:

Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence (Essential) Previous experience in retail security Strong communication and customer service skills High level of alertness and attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure A professional and reliable approach to work
