Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems
- Control access to premises and verify identification
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms appropriately
- Write detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders if necessary
- Valid SIA
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Previous experience in security or related field is an asset
