About The Role

Main Purpose of Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role holder will be responsible for delivering the security service for our client and for the day-to-day protection of persons and property. They will ensure that exceptional service levels are provided to our client and customers and carry out the appropriate defined security processes and procedures in accordance with our policies, Vison and Credo.

Qualifications



Current valid SIA licence (Manned Guarding or Door Supervisor).



Knowledge and Experience



Demonstrable track record/experience in a customer facing role; Ability to work in a demanding and high compliance role; Managing challenging situations; Strong customer focus in delivering and improving services.


Skills and Abilities



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Developing and sustaining effective working relationships; Attention to detail; Maintaining accurate records; Working under pressure; Problem solving and decision making; Working as part of a team.
