An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and proactive Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile commercial retail Arcade site.

This is a high-profile site in a busy urban environment, requiring a strong security presence alongside excellent customer service skills.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in the Arcade.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Patrol and monitor all

public and staff-accessible areas

, including

common areas

,

service corridors

, and

back of house zones

.

Manage the

loading bay

, including access control for deliveries and contractor entry.

Monitor and operate

CCTV

and other security systems in line with procedures.

Perform

regular health, safety, and fire checks

, escalating concerns as needed.

Respond promptly and effectively to

first aid incidents

, emergencies, and other incidents.

Handle

difficult or disruptive behaviour

in a calm and professional manner.

Provide

wayfinding and general assistance

to visitors, maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Maintain accurate and detailed

incident reports

and daily activity logs.

Liaise with site management, contractors, and tenants, ensuring compliance with site policies.

Fulfil any other reasonable duties required by site or security management.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.

Must hold DS & CCTV Licences. (Essential)

Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.

Proof of right to work and live in the UK.

Previous experience in a public-facing security role and preferably in a commercial or retail environment is desirable.

This vacancy is immediate start subject to 5-year vetting; interviews will be scheduled at the earliest at our Hounslow Head Office.
