The role?

As Security Officer, you will ensure the highest level of protection of our company assets and people as part of our dynamic and forward-thinking security team. You will actively be involved in the detection and prevention of crime at Buccleuch whilst maintaining a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused approach. Working 7pm to 7am on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis, you will be responsible for monitoring complex CCTV systems across multiples sites, carrying out patrols around Dalkeith Palace and Park, and dealing effectively with any incidents in line with company protocols.

The person?

With excellent communication and teamwork skills, you will be a competent IT user with an understanding of security technology. Candidates must have front line security experience, be familiar with CCTV monitoring systems, and hold a full UK driving licence. Supervisory experience would be beneficial.
