Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in loss prevention, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets. Manage and coordinate security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained in loss prevention techniques and emergency response. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor premises effectively. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and preparing detailed reports. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to incidents. Provide training on first aid and emergency procedures to staff members as required. Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents for compliance purposes.

Experience



Proven experience in a security management role or similar position within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and best practices. Familiarity with surveillance technologies, including CCTV systems. Certification in first aid or equivalent is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in assessing risks and implementing solutions.

Pay: 37,700.00-39,700.00 per year
