As a growing organization, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Operations Manager to lead our operations and drive our organisation forward.
Role Overview
The Security Operations Manager is a pivotal role, overseeing all aspects of security operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering business growth. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with strategic vision and hands-on leadership skills to contribute to the operational excellence of Titans Security Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee security operations across diverse client locations in the Southeast.
Ensure compliance with SIA regulations, BS7858 vetting standards, GDPR, and health & safety legislation.
Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of performance.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, risk assessments, and operational protocols.
Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and client security reviews to ensure service quality and compliance.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless contract delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations and business development initiatives to secure new opportunities.
Monitor and report on KPIs, incidents, and operational performance metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency responses, incident management, and crisis situations.
Travel to client sites regularly to oversee operations and build rapport with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
SIA Door Supervisor Licence (minimum).
First Aid at Work qualification (minimum required).
IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred (essential for health & safety compliance).
Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a security management role with multi-site responsibilities.
Proven success in contract negotiations and business development.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
Advanced knowledge of UK security regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
Proficiency in security management software, incident reporting tools, and CCTV systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential for travel requirements).
