About the Role:

We are currently seeking a professional and proactive

Reception/Security Officer

to join our team. This dual-role position combines front-of-house reception duties with essential security responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have held a valid

SIA licence for over 2 years

, demonstrating a solid background in security services and a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist all visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner Monitor site access, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the premises Conduct regular patrols and security checks around the building Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in accordance with company procedures Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident reports Handle incoming calls and manage front desk enquiries Support site operations with general administrative and reception duties as needed

Requirements:

Valid SIA Licence

(Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)

Minimum 2 years' experience holding an SIA badge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a calm, confident manner Strong observational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain alert and responsive during long shifts Proficient in using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Right to work in the UK day to day may change dependant on shift

Desirable:

Experience working in a corporate or front-of-house environment First Aid certification Knowledge of health & safety and emergency protocols
