Job Description

Specialist Security was established in 2001. We provide a range of security solutions across South Wales to the public and private sector. We are a highly accredited organization and respected within the industry.

This role would involve working weekends.

Daily Duties

Managing Time and Attendance software updates Conducting Officer Quality Audits and managing performance Responding to queries from Officers Ensure all sites have appropriate personnel cover at all time Report daily on people and site occurrences Respond to any security changes and issues raised by clients and personnel Liaise with management regarding all matters relevant to departments Key Management Attend any necessary alarm activations and patrols Assign supervisors nightly activities Induct officers to new sites.

Skills & Qualities

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Good computer skills Conscientious Punctual Detailed High Integrity Smart appearance Task orientated Driven.

Requirements

Current valid SIA licence (DS or CP) Emergency First Aid at Work Valid UK driving licence At least 3years experience in the security industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour

Schedule:

12 hour shift Day shift Every weekend Night shift Weekend availability
