An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Supervisor - to join and manage our team of security operatives.

This opportunity is a fixed permanent position and is suitable for officers looking for full time work, working a 48hr per week night duties.

We will require all interested applicants to be fully flexible in their approach and attitude.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Security Manned Guarding & Reception Supervisory duties

Access/Egress Control Duties

Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via

CCTV Monitoring Duties.

Switchboard Operation

Performing regular Health and Safety checks.

Regular and accurate report writing.

Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.

Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.

Proactive interaction with the customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service.

Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.

Covering all required security related duties as/when required.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.

Must hold DS + CCTV SIA License.

Fire Marshall certification and a Full Clean Driving License is desirable.

Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.

Proof of right to work and live in the UK.

Very smart with an excellent command of the English language

'Public Facing' experience

Able to work as part of a Team and also on own initiative

Approachable and Diplomatic

Ability to think 'Outside the Box' - when applicable

High expectation of customer service delivery

Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
