About the Role:

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team based at an engaging Museum in Manchester, devoted to the development of science, technology and industry with emphasis on the city's achievements in these fields.


Actively lead the security team, ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with procedures and policies Effectively conduct 1:1 sessions with the team, providing first line performance management To effectively monitor CCTV for the prevention of crime and to ensure the Health and Safety of staff and visitors Close liaison with the client and WJ management team ensuring that any requests or issues are addressed effectively.

What we are looking for:

DS SIA Licence Proven leadership skills Proven Customer Service experience, preferably in a front-line role Able to demonstrate flexibility (as the role will involve working occasional evening events, including corporate events).
