A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced
Security Systems Engineer
to join a growing team involved in security installations, breakdowns, and ongoing maintenance.
About the Role
You will be responsible for
designing, installing, and maintaining advanced security systems
, including
CCTV
and
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
. The role involves hands-on technical work, system design, understanding schematics, and integrating equipment using strong electrical and networking knowledge.
A
minimum of 3 years' experience
in the security industry is preferred.
A
valid driving licence
is essential, as travel across
London and surrounding areas
is required.
Training will be provided where needed. A
company van
will be supplied after the probation period.
Key Responsibilities
Design, install, and implement CCTV and IDS systems according to technical specifications.
Use hand and power tools for installation, repairs, and maintenance.
Collaborate with the team to assess requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and system upgrades using electrical knowledge.
Maintain accurate documentation of system layouts, modifications, and service logs.
Travel to various job sites as required.
