Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of security officers Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the site Ensure all team members follow site procedures and protocols Respond to incidents professionally and efficiently Liaise with centre management, emergency services, and the public as needed Maintain accurate reports and logs
Requirements:
Valid
SIA licence
(essential) Previous experience in asecurity leadership role
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Professional appearance and strong presence Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts when requiredApply Now
