We have a vacancy for a Security Team Leader at a fantastic site in Milton Keynes - the home of a well-known and exciting Formula 1 racing car technology company. You will be supporting the site where this Formula 1 company develops technical and commercial solutions for leading-edge clients across a wide range of industries. Reception duties are required so communication & IT skills must be above average. Duties will include managing a team, Rota's, welfare checks, scenario testing, and employee reviews, investigations /disciplinary, officer training, SOP's & Risk assessments.
About the Role:
As a Security Team Leaderyou will be responsible for:
Manage a team of security officers
Completing line management duties including monitoring quality of work, performance management, Rota planning, conduct regular one-to-one meetings and supporting team development.
Conducting weekly audits of the front of house areas including security
Ensuring the maintenance and tidiness of the security desk including filing systems, log books, folders and ALL documentation
Managing and maintaining the access control system including access control passes, CCTV and carpark barriers, shutters and gates
Managing all sickness/leave/holiday request, arranging cover

What we are looking for:
Must have minimum supervisor level experience
Must have a previous experience in conducting performance reviews, team meetings, investigations and training management
Full Driving Licence
