Security Team Leader (Nights).
Laing O'Rourke, C/O of Select Security are recruiting a project-based security team leader to run our nighttime security team on one of our exciting construction projects within Oxford.
As Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our nightshift security operations. This will involve leading and motivating a team of committed security officers, ensuring the highest standards of security for the project.

What we can offer:
Excellent pay rate of 14.55 per hour based on experience Immediate start Full Uniform and PPE provided Enhanced training, support and access to company benefits. Average of 54 hours per week
What we are looking for:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of security officers working during nightshifts.
Patrol: Conduct mobile security patrols to various client locations throughout the night.
SIA License: Hold and maintain a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license.
Scheduling: Effectively schedule and allocate security personnel to meet client requirements and maintain a high level of service.
Report Management: Utilise computer skills to generate and maintain incident reports, activity logs, and other documentation as needed.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the project through liaison with the Security Supervisor, addressing their concerns and ensuring their security needs are met.
Emergency Response: Coordinate and respond to security-related emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel and property
