RNIB is looking for an enthusiastic Product Co-ordinator Assistant to support our Product Coordinator in delivering excellent customer service, promoting life-changing products and technologies and empowering our community to live independently.

What you'll do:

Assist at remote events and product demonstrations Help maintain and showcase the latest accessible products in Edinburgh Guide customers to local and national support services Promote best practice with partners, volunteers, and community members Facilitate customer feedback and involvement in new product development

What you'll bring:

Great communication and teamwork skills Good timekeeping and customer service Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages (desirable) A positive, problem-solving attitude
