Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a real difference? RNIB is looking for a proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our Telemarketing team. You'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our supporters and customers - resolving queries, handling feedback and ensuring every interaction is positive.
What you'll do:
Respond to supporter and customer queries with care and professionalism Spot trends in feedback and help drive improvements Work closely with your team to ensure every issue is resolved fairly
What you'll bring:
Strong communication and PC skills Experience in complaint handling and problem-solving A positive, organised, and customer-focused attitude
