Additionally, the Beautician will be responsible for upselling services and products to enhance the client experience.
Duties
Provide a range of beauty treatments including haircuts, styling, eyelash extensions, and massages.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
Upsell additional services and products to clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment.
Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and provide professional advice on beauty treatments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering and beauty treatments is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in eyelash extensions application is highly desirable.
Ability to perform deep tissue massage techniques is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proficiency in managing front desk operations and scheduling systems.
Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes is a plus.
