Key Accountabilities
Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service to all patients
Responsible for creating a treatment plan for all patients
Responsible for checking patient consents and medical history forms have been completed and signed
Key Tasks
Patient Care
Ensure that all patients receive a professional and courteous first impression of the clinic
Always ensure a relaxed, welcoming professional atmosphere within the clinic and that a high standard of personalised customer service is delivered that exceeds customer expectations
Welcome and personally greet all patients to the clinic (this will include standing up when they approach the clinic)
Ensure that all enquiries and requests either in person, by email or on the telephone are processed appropriately and in a timely manner with the aim of securing an appointment
Ensure a good knowledge of all treatments and products in order to secure an appointment
Ensure that all new clients are booked in for a consultation with either an Aesthetic Practitioner or Doctor before leaving the clinic or ending the telephone call.
To deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with patients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments
To maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Ensure that all documentation is accurately completed for every patient, including the pre-registration form (in particular, ensuring that all contact information and medical information is complete and correct)
REQUIREMENTS
Experience, Qualifications and Personal Qualities.
Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), Level 4 is highly desirable.
A minimum of 2 years experience within either an Aesthetics, Day Spa, Beauty Salon environment.
Team player, with a positive can do attitude.
You'll be passionate about giving great customer service, every time, no matter what.
