We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty services that enhance the well-being and appearance of our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

We are a salon who specialises in brows, experience in performing brow lamination and using hybrid stains is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform various beauty treatments. Qualifications in nails, lashes, waxing and tinting are essential. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations. Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Promote salon services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in selling retail products. A minimum of 3 years of experience. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
