We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of building tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures using various materials and techniques. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Perform carpentry work including framing, finishing, and fitting components. Carry out roofing tasks such as fixing tiles, sheeting, and waterproofing. Undertake construction painting to prepare surfaces for finishing. Install plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings. Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete pouring. Conduct welding operations for structural repairs or fabrication purposes. Carry out electrical tasks where qualified, including wiring and fitting electrical components. Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or plumbing. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in building work. Knowledge of fabrication techniques and welding processes is desirable. Electrical experience or qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods. Commitment to health and safety standards on site. Pay: 33,000.00-45,000.00 per year
