We are seeking a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various plumbing & heating systems. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems and general plumbing in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing and Heating Engineer will work with a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers and radiators.
Installation of bathrooms 1st and 2nd fix, hot and cold feeds.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
Troubleshoot heating system issues and perform necessary repairs.
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects requiring plumbing or carpentry skills.
Perform assembly tasks related to heating system components.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools.
Gas Safety Qualified
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job tasks.
Commercial driving licence is an advantage for transporting equipment.
Hold a full UK driving licence
Familiarity with plumbing and carpentry is desirable but not essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
