Work with one of the UK's leading EAP and workplace mental health providers.

Wellbeing Solutions is expanding our national network of self-employed affiliate counsellors as we continue to support thousands of employees, managers, and specialist groups across a wide range of sectors.

We are interested in speaking to counsellors from a range of backgrounds, who can offer remote and face-to-face CYP, Couples, CBT, and EMDR sessions.

Choose your own hours and deliver meaningful, short-term support to clients across the UK. Your caseload will provide an exciting opportunity to work with clients from a variety of sectors such as Education, Military, Retail and Manufacturing.

We're looking for experienced, compassionate counsellors who see the value in delivering high-quality, short term and solution-focused support.

What We're Looking For

Qualified counsellors registered with a PSA-accredited body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCS, BABCP) Minimum 450+ training hours and 100+ placement hours Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience and 450+ hours of clinical practice Enhanced DBS/PVG (or willingness to obtain) Professional indemnity insurance and monthly supervision arrangements Comfortable delivering short-term, solution-focused counselling (telephone, video, or in-person)
